CAMP SALSA

4 to 5 lb. of cubed ripe tomatoes (8 cups)
1 to 2 large chopped onions
¾ cup sugar
1¼ cups cider vinegar
1 cup red peppers chopped
4 green peppers chopped
4 banana peppers or small hot peppers chopped
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon ground ginger
½ teaspoon nutmeg
¼ teaspoon curry powder
1 package Bloemers chili powder



Simmer uncovered until thick (several hours). Clean hot jars. Seal process 15 minutes in boiling water bath.
